I've no regrets about choosing this Hamilton Beach model. so that's just my bad luck and there's no sense whining about it. Unfortunately, the microwave quit on me today. My only 'con' for this microwave is the turntable can be easily knocked off its fitting when the oven is empty and I found it annoying and tricky setting it back on the track and into the holder. Some functions are not spoken but are tactile it will still be a pleasant surprise (eliminates frustrating touch screen use/labeling). Operation is simple and I found no need to repeatedly refer back to the instructions.
Buttons are conveniently located and can be easily distinguished by anyone with low vision or dexterity issues. The size is perfect for my everyday solo needs and will also accommodate medium casseroles. No Regrets As someone who agonizes over decision-making, the purchase of this microwave oven was one of those times I was delighted with my selection. I encourage you to buy it if you have a senior, or a handicapped person in your house hold or if you just want an easy to use microwave that is dependable. I could not be happier with this product. I found the settings and timer to be accurate and it cooks beautifully.
The settings are so easy to change and the functions buttons and dial control are all large enough for handicapped hands. The voice is clear, and the volume control is easy to work. Talking Microwave is an excellent choice I bought this item for a Christmas gift for my blind husband, and found I love it as well. **This microwave is Silver**Īmazon Sales Rank: #49013 in Kitchen & Housewares Brand: Cook Magic Model: 87106 9 cubic feet " 900 watt " Easy-to-use talking programmable feature " Spanish or English language " 10 power levels " 8 instant settings for common foods " 5 express one tough settings " 5 memory setting buttons " Time and weight defrost " Turntable " Remind signal " Kitchen timer " Measures 20.1" Length x 17" width x 11.2" high.
